The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 3 An Act                    
authorizing prosecution and trial in the district court of municipal           
curfew violations and recommended it be replaced with                          
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 3(JUD) An Act                                          
authorizing prosecution and trial in the district court                        
of municipal curfew violations, and providing for                              
punishment of minors upon conviction for violation                             
of a curfew ordinance.
